Hello, maybe I can help.
If you have all of your categories already broken down in the groups you are
wanting the reports to show and the ledger entries are entries accordingly,
it's relatively easy to do.
Click on the Graph and Report Icon at the top of the page and a window will
pop-up where you can select the report criteria.
Choose "Detailed Cash Flow" in the left column, The Date Range in the right
Column and then select all categories you would like to have in your report
in the Accounts pane by clicking, shift-clicking, etc. until all of the
accounts you would like a report on are highlighted.
Then click on the Generate button. If the report has everything you had
hoped for, save your report template with a title so you can run the report
again in the future without all of the selecting.
I feel the report generator works great and have saved many report templates
myself for taxes and other tasks.
I hope this will help!
