Good idea! There are a few approaches that could be taken:
   * If minimum amount entered but max left blank, just use min
   * Copy the min into the max automatically when focus leaves min and max
is blank
   * Allow a semicolon-delimited list of values in Amount to match the
entire list of amounts in one shot: 75.30;21.56;88.55 would search for all 3
amounts

What do you think? What would you find the easiest to use?
